I-Thou
I-Thou is an accompanying exhibit to Requiem for Bill. I had in mind to create a Pieta composition to represent grief at Bill's death. Yet to my surprise, as I drew our portraits, I discovered that we were alive together instead. I-Thou, a concept authored by Martin Buber, refers to a personal relationship rooted in respect and joy.
